Messages

Messages are listed as AerTwin shows them. “…” stands for a number or a name that changes. For problems, Troubleshooting has the full procedure.

Connection and session

What you see	Meaning	What to do
“Connecting…”	AerTwin is connecting to your session	Wait
“Controls live, loading the model…”	The controls are connected; the model is still loading	Wait
“Controls live, waiting for video…”	The controls are connected; the picture has not started yet	Wait. If it does not start, see Troubleshooting
“Reconnecting to the model (1/3)”	The picture was interrupted. AerTwin is rebuilding it, up to three times. Your computer is still reserved	Wait
“The video did not recover”	Rebuilding the picture failed	Click Retry stream. If that fails, click Try another GPU
“The model did not finish loading”	The model stopped loading	Click Retry stream. If that fails, click Try another GPU
“AerTwin could not reach the model service”	The picture may still move, but nothing can be saved until the controls reconnect	Click Retry stream. Anything already saved is safe
“Video live, controls offline”	As above, shown on the status line	As above
“All … concurrent sessions are in use. You will be connected as soon as one frees up.”	Every session is in use	Keep the page open
“Are you still there?”	Nothing has been touched for 2 minutes	Move the mouse or press a key
“Your session ended while you were away”	Nothing was touched for 15 minutes, so the session was ended	Click Open the project again
“Your session has ended”	The session was ended — for example, after 4 hours	Click Projects, then Open twin →
“The server refused this session”	Your sign-in expired or changed	Sign in again, then open the project

Observations list

What you see	Meaning	What to do
“Not loaded yet”	The list has not been read yet	Wait, or click Refresh
“Updating…”	Refresh is reading the latest saved findings	Wait
“Updated …”	When the list was last brought up to date	Click Refresh to bring it up to date again
“⚠ Refresh failed”	The last refresh did not reach the server. The list shows the findings as of the time it names	Click Refresh again
“Your list may be behind — 1 change from a teammate”	A colleague saved a newer version of a finding than the one you see	Click Refresh on that line
“nothing to export — no observation matches these filters”	The search and filters show no findings	Clear or change the filters
“building a PDF of … — the view will move while each one is rendered”	The report is being built	Wait for the download. The view moves by itself until then

Finding form

What you see	Meaning	What to do
“A title is required.”	Title is empty	Enter a title, then click Save
“Another session changed this finding.”	Someone saved this finding after you opened it	See Resolve a conflicting edit
“Save is blocked. Copy your draft or load the latest record first.”	As above	As above

Measuring

What you see	Meaning	What to do
“press Measure first — what is saved is the figure you have seen”	A volume, a 3D defect or a depth profile was not measured yet	Click the measure button in the Measurement panel
“Not measurable”	No missing-concrete figure can be given for this outline	See Measure missing concrete
“measurement cancelled”	Esc cancelled the outline you were drawing	Start again
“nothing unsaved to clear”	Clear all found no unsaved measurement	Nothing
“that is outside the rendered image”	The click landed outside the picture	Click on the model
“the twin is cut — orbit to look into the section, and measure inside it”	A section plane is on	Orbit into the cut
“section cleared — the twin is whole again”	The section plane was removed	Nothing

Photographs

What you see	Meaning	What to do
“no photograph shows that point”	No capture photograph sees the point	Pick another point. The point may be inside the structure or outside the area the flight covered
“Every frame that sees this point is blocked by geometry in between.”	Photographs see the place, but something stands between them and the point	Pick a point nearby

AI review

What you see	Meaning	What to do
“choose a severity first — 1 to 5, or click one”	Sign off needs a severity	Press 1 to 5, then Sign off
“no source frame is marked for this finding”	No photograph is recorded as the one the outline was traced on	Use the photographs in the strip instead
“save or cancel the open finding form before closing AI review”	A finding form is open	Click Save or Cancel in the form
“finish or cancel the replacement geometry before closing AI review”	A replacement outline is being drawn	Finish it, or click Cancel replacement

Team activity
