Task
Export a PDF report
Produce a PDF report of signed-off findings — either the ones you have ticked, or all the ones the list shows — with each finding rendered from its saved view.
FindObservationsPDF
The report contains the signed-off findings among the ones you export. Its first page also counts the AI proposals that were dismissed and those not yet reviewed, so that a reader can see whether the inspection is finished.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Sign off the findings you want in the report. Drafts are not printed. See Sign off a finding.
- Check that each finding’s saved view shows it well; its page is rendered from that view. See Update the view of a measurement.
To export the findings you choose
Section titled “To export the findings you choose”-
On the toolbar, click Observations.
-
Tick the findings: Ctrl+click each card, Shift+click to tick a run, or click Select in a group’s heading to tick the whole group.
-
In the actions bar, click Export PDF.
The status line says, for example, “building a PDF of 6 ticked findings — the view will move while each one is rendered”. When it is ready, the PDF downloads to your computer.
To export the findings the list shows
Section titled “To export the findings the list shows”-
In the Observations panel, use the search box and the filters to show the findings you want. See Find findings.
-
Click PDF beside CSV.
The report covers every finding the list shows, with its filters applied.
The file is named after the project and the date — for example aertwin-raiva_upstream_v01-2026-10-25.pdf. For what each page contains, see PDF report contents.
