Refresh the findings list
Bring your Observations list up to date with what your colleagues have saved since you opened the structure.

Your own saves reach everyone as soon as you make them. Your colleagues’ saves reach your list when you click Refresh — the list never refreshes by itself, so that it never changes under your cursor while you work.
To refresh the list
Section titled “To refresh the list”-
In the Observations panel header, click Refresh.
The line beside it reads Updating…, and then, for example, “Updated 10:30 · just now”.
Refreshing never discards a form you have open or an outline you are drawing.
When AerTwin tells you that your list is behind
Section titled “When AerTwin tells you that your list is behind”When a colleague has saved a newer version of a finding than the one you see, a line appears at the top of the Observations panel — for example, “Your list may be behind — 2 changes from teammates”.

Click Refresh on that line.
The line disappears once your list holds the latest versions.
The bell ◉ on the toolbar shows what those changes were. See See what your team has done.
If the refresh fails
Section titled “If the refresh fails”The line beside Refresh reads ⚠ Refresh failed. Your list still shows the findings as of the time it names. Click Refresh again. If it keeps failing, see Troubleshooting.
