Task
Choose what the model shows
Decide which findings appear on the model and how much of each is drawn, so that the structure stays readable.
FindObservationsFilters
What the model shows never changes the records, the counts or the exports. It changes only what is drawn over the picture.
To choose which findings appear on the model
Section titled “To choose which findings appear on the model”-
On the toolbar, click Observations.
-
If the filter rows are hidden, click Filters.
-
In Show on model, select one of these:
Choice The model shows All observations Every finding, whatever the filters say Matching filters Only the findings that the search and filters show in the list. This is the default Nothing No findings
To choose how findings are drawn
Section titled “To choose how findings are drawn”-
In Display style, select one of these:
Choice Each finding is drawn as Adaptive Full detail when it is near: pin, label and complete outline. Simpler from 20 m: no point handles and a quieter outline. A single dot from 25 m. This is the default Pins + labels Full detail at every distance Pins only A single dot at every distance
A finding you have selected, or a measurement you are editing, is always drawn in full. With Adaptive and Pins + labels, at most 60 measurement outlines are drawn at once, nearest first; the others are drawn as dots.

- To bring everything back, click Show N hidden under the filters, where N is the number hidden.
