Take back a review decision

A decision is taken back on the finding’s card. Ctrl+Z does not undo review decisions.

To take back a decision

1. On the toolbar, click Observations.

2. In the search box, enter the finding’s number — for example OBS-123.

   A dismissed finding is hidden from the list. To show it, click Filters, and then click dismissed in the Review row.

3. On the card, click Undo.

   A signed-off finding leaves the report. A dismissed proposal goes back to the review list in the AI defects panel. The status line confirms the change.

To take back a second review

On the card, click Undo 2nd. The finding stays signed off by its first reviewer. See Add a second review.
