Task

See what your team has done

Read what other members of your projects have saved recently — new, changed and deleted findings, and review decisions — and go to any of them.

FindTeam activity

Team activity reports what has been saved, usually within about a minute. It is for awareness: the findings, their revisions and their sign-offs remain the record.

  1. Click the bell ◉ — at the right end of the toolbar inside a structure, or at the top of the projects page.

The number on the bell counts the entries you have not seen. The Team activity list opens, newest first, with what is new for you marked apart from what you have seen before.

  2. Inside a structure, click an entry to fly to that finding.

  3. To see further back, click Load older.

  4. Close the list: click the bell again, or press Esc.

Closing the list marks its entries as seen. To mark everything as seen without reading it, click Mark all seen.

A review session by one person is shown as one entry — for example, “12 AI proposals reviewed”. Click Show 12 to list them.

To follow one project on the projects page

Section titled “To follow one project on the projects page”

The Team activity column on the projects page lists the last 30 days for one project at a time.

  1. If you have more than one project, select the project in the list under the column’s heading.
  2. Scroll down to read further back.
  3. Click an entry to open the structure at that finding.
